Czech made Pegas 220 x 250 GHE-R Swivel Head Workshop Saw
Gravitational band saw machine. The working movement of the arm is caused by the weight of the arm itself, speed is regulated by a hydraulic cylinder.
The machine is designed for cutting of material in vertical and angle cuts, angle cuts are possible to set fluently from 0 to 45 grades to the right. Change of angle using quick clamping handle.
It is suitable for piece production and small series production. Thanks to its robust construction it enables cutting of wide range of profiles and full materials.
Construction:
The machine is constructionaly designed in that way, so that it corresponds to standard exertions in productive conditions. That is why all carrying parts are made as cast-iron castings (solidity, absorbtion of vibrations and stops). The arm, vice and turntable are all cast iron. The arm of the machine is made of cust iron and it is designed to ensure the power and the precision of the cut. Arm is 25 grades sloped, it increases the lifetime of blade. The vice is made from cast iron. Jaws ensure safe clamping of the material. The manually operating vice is situated in an adjustable dovetail groove and is equipped with a quick clamping. Moving jaw of the vice is manual with a wheel and trapeze thread. Turn table is cast iron. A turntable gives a big place for supportion of material and its perfect clamping. Manuall turning of the table for angle cuts, angle fixation using quick clamping lever.
Basic equipment of machine:
Leading of blade in hard-metal plates. There is a guide situated on the firm beam on the drive side. On the tightening side there is the guide situated on the moving beam. The guide beams of moving band guide is adjustable in whole working range. Manual adjustment and fixing of the guide beams. Guide holder moves in adjustabled dovetail groove. The saw-band is equipped with a guard, which protects the operator from swarf and cutting fluid. Mechanic tightening of the blade. Drive of machine is solved by worm gear box with permanent oil filling. Three phase engine with double winding, two cutting speeds. Thermoprotection of motor. The cooling system distributes cutting emulsion to the band guides. Base with a tank for chips. Indication opening of the cover. Controlling 24 V.

Operating cycle:
Manually controlled quick clamping vice, cut is regulated by a hydraulics. After finishing the cut machine will stop itself automatically and an operator lifts the arm manually to the start position. Feeding of material is manually.

Items under 30kg will be shipped by either 24hr courier or 1st class Royal Mail depending on item and weight and size.
All orders will be packaged and despatched same or next day. Orders made later in the day will most likely be sent out the following day.
We use a Next Day Delivery service however this service is subject to stock, courier availability and courier area. A signature is required for courier deliveries so please arrange for someone to be in at delivery address.

Delivery can take up to 4 working days from point of order but is often sooner depending on location. We will call to let you know estimated delivery date, you may be required to help the driver move the product from the roadside to your desired location, please ensure somebody is in to receive the goods as there is a redelivery charge of £30 should you miss it.

1/ Items returned under the 7 working day cancellation period
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
-where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred -where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund all delivery charges that you incurred -we will refund only standard shipping charges for items delivered mainland UK (excluding Highlands & islands and orders over 25 kilos in weight)
2/ Items returned under 14-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 14 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item minus 10% handling charge. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
3/ Any goods items over 60 kg that have incurred special freight charges are excluded and the buyer will be responsible for both arranging and the costs of the return delivery.
